What we collect

When you use a form on Gyangalli, we collect the information you choose to send us:

• List your preschool: the preschool's details and the contact person's name, phone number and email.
• Claim this profile: your name, role, phone number, email and any note you add.
• Suggest an update: your name, role, phone number, email and the change you describe.
• Parent enquiries and visit requests: your name, phone number, email if given, your child's age if given, a preferred date if given, and your message.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your request, respond to you, and — for parent enquiries — connect your enquiry with the relevant preschool.

Manual review

Every listing, claim, correction and enquiry is reviewed by the Gyangalli team. Nothing you submit is published automatically.

Service providers

Gyangalli uses service providers, such as database and hosting infrastructure, to operate the service. They process information on our behalf so the website can work.

We do not sell your information

Gyangalli does not sell the personal information you submit.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, Gyangalli uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used — for example which pages are visited and how often parents shortlist, compare or contact preschools. Nothing is loaded or sent to Google until you choose "Accept". If you choose "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.

• What is sent: the page address without any search words or other details after it, the page title, the public web-address name of a preschool you view or save, and whether a button was clicked or a form was sent successfully.
• What is never sent: your name, phone number, email, your child's age, messages or anything else you type into a form.
• Pages never measured: admin, sign-in, password reset and preschool profile-completion pages.
• Cookies: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_… that help count visits; they last up to two years. We do not use advertising features, Google Signals or other marketing trackers.
• Your choice: you can change your decision any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Declining removes Gyangalli's analytics cookies from your browser.

Google processes this information as our service provider. See Google's Privacy Policy.
